OUR PROCESS

Champagne Finish offers an experience of creating your dream kitchen, through working with you from design to completion. Our design team will help you custom design all aspects of the kitchen to create the style and layout that suits your lifestyle. Whether you know the exact style you’re wanting, or not sure where to start, we can help you through each aspect of the design, from style, to colours, to tapware and even appliances.

Our design and management team will over see every step of the process, organising trades and ordering all items required for the renovation to take the stress off you so that you can enjoy the renovation process.

We have a range of different suppliers and options to suit your budget and style. Our showroom contains a variety of different samples of benchtops, joinery, fixtures and tiles. Our wonderful supplier representatives are happy to provide more samples, or we can organise tours through their showrooms to look at a wider range of samples.

IN-HOME CONSULTATION

Timeframe: average 4-5 weeks from demolition to completion

Budget:

Average Kitchen – $35-45k

Kitchen & Flooring – $65-75k

*budgets can vary depending on size, getting a quote is the best way to know the price for your renovation

HOME CONSULTATION

Once you have contacted us about a quote appointment, we will organise for our design team to come out to your home to discuss the renovation. We will measure the space and discuss what style you would like and budget for the project.

QUOTE MEETING

Once we have drawn plans and finalised a quote, we will organise a meeting either at our office or your home. We will take you through the design we have created, showing you the plans and finishes we have selected, and through the detailed quote. We can answer any questions you may have about the construction process of the renovation.

CONTRACTS

Once you are happy and comfortable with the quote, we can begin the process of finalising finishes and fixtures, and organising contracts. We will send you a draft contract to read over and then the final contract to sign. Once contracts are signed, we will require a deposit to begin ordering and scheduling your renovation.

DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS

We will go thoroughly over the drawings and selections with you to confirm that everything meets the design style you want. Once finalised we will get you to sign the drawings and specification sheet to confirm you are happy with the final selections and design.

SCHEDULING

We will schedule your renovation and provide you with a timeline of when each stage of the renovation will be happening.

ORDERING

Once we have received the deposit, we will begin ordering the building materials, joinery, fixtures etc, so that all items required for the renovation are ready at the start of the job.

DEMOLITION

The first step of the renovation will be to demolish the existing space, creating the black space for your new kitchen.

TRADE ROUGH IN

Our team of trades will begin preparing the space for the new design, including disconnecting existing services, relocating services, preparing walls etc.

JOINERY

Custom made joinery will be delivered and installed by our installation team.

BENCHTOPS

Once the joinery is installed, we will create templates of the benchtops and organise for the stone to be manufactured. Our stone mason will then deliver and install the stone benchtops
